4x4 and Vintage Spares Day. Working from our stand at the Newbury show today we were able to promote our club to over 150 of the hundreds of people that passed by. Many showing interest in our activities and a number taking away membership application forms. So lets hope that we are able to convert some of these into new members. A big thanks to Roger and Julian for working hard on the stand and a thank you to the many club members who stopped by to say hello. |

Laning and Social weekend. Although the weekend proved to be a little over cast and damp the event was well supported with a very enjoyable green lane event taking in some scenic lanes to the South West of Salisbury with a pleasent lunch stop at a pub in Sixpenny Handley. CHALLENGE 2010 Over the weekend of the 9th and 10th of October members of Team HBLRO made their annual trip to the Somerset & Wilts Mendip Challenge. Continuing his winning run for 2010 Mark Ambler scooped 1st in class 5 with Steve Aston 14th and Ethan Gardner 16th. Hugh Duffet managed a respectable 6th in class 4 with Kevin Wood coming in 17th. Tim Whishaw was placed 24th in class 9 for CCVT. Well done to all those that took part. Full scores will soon be found on our results page |
