| Thanks to the HBRO members for producing an excellent result from the clearance of the Worthy Down BOAT. Matt Beal (from Hampshire County Council) was very happy with the finished article - a complete end-to-end opening up of the Worthy Down Lane and a nice tidy finish. Matt and I stayed a little longer and sorted the gate and cleared most of the litter left by previous users and bumped into a woman out on a walk - She expressed her thanks, as she has always felt unsafe walking down the narrow 'closed in' footpath, and now she can see all the way down the wooded section. A JOB WELL DONE !! | |||

HBRO is participating in the HCC 'Hampshire Paths Partnership' which is aimed at developing co-operation with voluntary organisations to assist in the mammoth task of maintaining access to our historic rights of way.
